1.1: The Competition will run from and including the Opening and Closing dates specified on the Web Site or Mobile Web App. These dates shall be referred to as the Opening Date and Closing Date respectively. All times and dates referred to are times and dates in London, England, UK.

1.2: If it is absolutely necessary to do so, the Promoter: Lucky Charms Competitions Ltd reserves the right to change the Opening and Closing Dates. If the Promoter does change the Opening Dates and/or Closing Dates of a competition, the new details will be displayed on the web site/mobile app. The Promoter will not extend the Closing Dates simply to sell more entries.

1.3: All Competition entries MUST be received by the Promoter by no later than the specified time on the closing date. All competition entries received after the specified time on the Closing Date are automatically disqualified and no refunds will be given.

1.4: The Maximum number of entries to any competition will be displayed and stated on the web site/mobile app. The maximum number of entries you are able to make may be limited if the maximum number of entries is reached.

1.5: Players can enter as many times as they wish (Until the maximum number of entries has been received) Players making entries via post MUST submit each entry separately. Bulk entries, if received, will Not be accepted and will only be counted as one single entry.

1.6: All entries must be submitted in the English Language, Entries in other languages other than English will automatically be disqualified.

2.1: Go to the Web Site or Mobile App and view the Prize Competition you wish to enter, answer any question, if there is one.

2.2: Send your entries (A simple Postcard) by First Class or Second Class post only, to the promoter at: On the back of your entry please include the following details:

2.3: Entries hand delivered will NOT be accepted and will NOT be entered into the draw.

2.4: You can make multiple free entries to any of our prize competitions (up to the maximum number of entries stated by the promoter), each entry must be posted separately to the promoter. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted, and will only count as one single entry.

2.5: By entering the prize competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions.

2.6: Your entry must be received by the promoter prior to the closing date and time of the competition entered. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw. Proof of Posting does not guarantee that you will be entered into the random draw.

2.7: The Promoter will NOT acknowledge receipt of your entry nor confirm if your answer to the Competition Question is correct, if there is one.

2.8: If the number of entries received reaches any cap or limits before your free entry is received, your entry will not be entered into the draw.

3.1: All Entries who correctly answer the questions, if there is one will be placed into the draw and the winner will be chosen at random (Supervised by Independent Person). If no Competition Question is asked, all entrants will be entered into the random draw. The Random Draw will take place as soon as reasonably possible and, in any event, within 7 days of the competition Closing Date ("Draw Date").

3.2: All Entries will have their names and entry numbers included on a spreadsheet which will be published on the web site or mobile app and may be visible during the live draw. If you do not wish to have your details included on the spreadsheet please tick the box on the downloadable postal entry form or you must contact the promoter at privacy@luckcharmscompetitions.co.uk as soon as reasonably possible after you have completed your entry and in any event, at least 48 hours before the live draw takes place.

4.1: The Competition is only open to all residents in the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except:

(a): Employees of the Promoter.

(b): Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter, who are professionally connected with the competition of administration: or

(c): members of the immediate families of households of (a) and (b) above.

4.2: By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligble to do so and eligible to claim any prize that you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition and claim the prize. If you fail to provide the Promoter with any such proof or other information that they may require within a reasonable time, you may be disqualified from the competition, the easiest way to confirm that you are eligible to play and claim is to have your ID verified through the Mobile App system.

4.3: The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:

(a): automatically generated by computer; or

(b): Incomplete or illegible.
